The Softub spa was designed to be the most energy-efficient spa on the market. An ingenious heat recovery system allows the Softub spa to stay hot and ready to enjoy – 24 hours a day.

Depending on your use, climate, and temperature, electrical costs can be as low as $15 per month.

Yes you can use your Softub outdoors all winter!

However we strongly recommend a weather cover for outdoor use. This fitted cover will protect your Softub and the HydroMate from ultraviolet rays, snow, rain, dirt, sap, pollutants, protect your investment and extend its life.

Without a cover rain can get into small parts like the fold in your Bi-Fold lid over time causing water seepages into the lid. Also heavy rain can find the way into your Hydromate top panel and can cause top control damage. Failure to use a weather cover may cause premature damage to the vinyl or other components and void the warranty.

Softub Canada warrants the Softub units to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original owner, for up to 5 years. Any repairs required will be at the following costs to the customers:

Tub Shell & Hydromate*
Year 1 - No charge on parts/labour
Years 2 to 5 - $250 Deductible

All Vinyl, Bi-fold Lid, Fittings
Year 1 - No charge on parts/labour
Year 2 - $250 Deductible

*Tub Shell items include: foam shell, plumbing, tensile band, and bottom crosslink. Hydromate items include: interior & exterior parts, plumbing, and foam shell.

Delivery Times
Pre-order now for the next available ship date. Delivery ETA will be provided after an order is made.

Manufacturer Freight Fee
Softub Canada (the manufacturer) charge a freight fee of $800 to ship your Softub to our store in Mahone Bay NS. We pay half of this for you, leaving $399 for you to pay whether you collect from our store or have it delivered.

Delivery & Setup
Once we receive your Softub we delivery it to your home and set it up for you. Setup includes putting it in place, connecting power, starting to fill with water (using your water supply), straightening out the liner and showing you how to do water maintenance. See our Shipping Policy for things not included in Setup.

Delivery/Setup Charges depend on your location:

• Under 30km from Mahone Bay: FREE
• 30km to 100km from Mahone Bay: $150
• Over 100km from Mahone Bay (within NS): $250

For delivery outside NS please Phone us before ordering.

You don't need to pay any tax, freight or delivery charges when you order - just the $1,000 deposit. These will be added to your balance (which is due prior to delivery).
