Shipping policy

SOFTUB DELIVERY

  • Delivery & Set up is available within Nova Scotia at the following rates:
    • Under 30km from Mahone Bay - FREE
    • 30km to 100km from Mahone Bay - $150
    • Over 100km from Mahone Bay (within NS) - $250
  • Customers may still choose Local Pickup to collect their Softub from our store
  • Once your Softub arrives we will contact you to schedule delivery/setup or pick up at a mutually convenient date

SOFTUB SETUP

  • Set Up includes placing Softub in place, hooking up, started filling with water, (by a hose which is supplied by the customer with their OWN water supply), straightening out liner, showing new Softub Owners how to do their water maintenance, set up will not include waiting for the total fill. (Which could take up to 3 hours filling depending on water flow) 
  • Set up does NOT include any landscaping, electrical issues problems, and unreachable places (the owner is responsible to make sure the Softub can be located in a suitable location)
  • Please let us know where your Softub will be set up and located before delivery. Set up includes putting Softub in prepared space, and hook up to a regular power outlet (it needs to be a dedicated 110V outlet for the Softub). Customer is responsible for having the space ready for setting up before delivery

SOFTUB MANUFACTURER FREIGHT FEE

  • Softub Canada (the manufacturer) charge a freight fee of $800 to ship your Softub to our store in Mahone Bay NS
  • We pay half of this for you, leaving $399 for you to pay whether you collect from our store or have it delivered
  • Normal delivery times are 2-4 weeks.

ALL PRODUCTS OTHER THAN SOFTUBS

  • All products other than Softubs are shipped via Courier or Canada Post
  • For some products Shipping is only available within Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
  • Shipping cost are based on weight and distance and will be confirmed during Checkout
  • Shipping times are normally 2-7 days usually, depending on pick up and weekends
  • Customers must provide a phone number for the courier to contact them if needed

LOCAL PICKUP

  • In-Store pickup is available on all orders
  • Pickup times are 11am to 4pm the next day (except special order products such as replacement bi-fold lids)
  • We will confirm by email when your order is ready to collect
  • Pickup Orders must be picked up within 7 days
  • Orders not picked up may be subject to a restocking fee
